  • Katia helped me buy a home

      Katia was the selling agent for a property my wife and I purchased in 2Q 2018. For the majority of our escrow process she was very difficult to contact directly and unresponsive to emails. We requested she or a delegate of the agency she worked for be present at the final walkthrough of the property before closing and nobody was there. There were multiple items (i.e. home cleaning, roof repairs, etc.) that should have been completed before close that were not addressed until between 3 and 30 days after the closing date. This is the third home I have purchased in California in my life and of the 3 transactions, this was by far the least professional service I have ever received. In my opinion, she left my wife and I with much to be desired in the areas of customer service and professionalism.

    • Katia showed me homes

        she so difficult to work with as a buyer. she put a little effort to sell a house to us. we set up a meeting with her twice to put a down payment but she's no show she cancel on us twice even our lender think she is playing game on us it was so hard to communicate with her before she answer the phone like you have to call her hundred times. her service is so terrible,

          Good luck trying to get ahold of her for anything. Don’t know why someone would be in Real Estate if they lack communication skills.
