Ken is a native Californian and has lived in Contra Costa County since 1963 where Concord his home. As a young boy, he had the opportunity to grow up in the "Country". He enjoyed playing baseball in Pleasant Hill and Concord, fishing in the Delta, and experienced the many changes Contra Costa County went through. Ken and his 4 sisters and 3 brothers always had something to do! Ken Graduated from Clayton Valley High School and Diablo Valley College. At his 30th High School Reunion, the Class gave him a number of Travel Brochures. It looked like they were trying to tell him that there is another world outside the Clayton Valley area of Concord where he has always lived. Regardless, Concord will always be home to Ken. The changing real estate market beginning in 2007 brought many business challenges! To "Move With the Market", Ken has become a REO/ShortSale Specialist with Bank of America(formerly Countrywide Home Loans). He has SOLD over 50 of their REO/Bank
