This is NOT an agent you want to do business with. He is shady, dishonest, and excels through illegal ventures for mini dorms. If RE/MAX knew the type of person Keith is, he wouldn't have the RE/MAX Pacific. Did I mention he is currently under investigation by the California DRE, just prosecuted by the City of San Diego, and is currently on probation for illegal and unethical business practices including student endangerment in homes around SDSU! Keith will quickly tell you of his successes and his experience but fails to mention that he did it all and obtained everything through illegal, dangerous, and unethical practices. Check the court records, all of this is public record. Keith Henderson is NOT your friend and will cost you money if working with him is your choice. Talk to his references and all the investors that he has cost thousands of dollars with his dishonest ways.
