Kelley came highly recommended by several people in my mothers group. I immediately understood why everyone loved working with her. We were in a very competitive price-range and Kelley fully set our expectations about the types of properties that would be available to us (normal sale, foreclosures/reo, short sale) and the process for dealing with each type. She spent over 3 months with us and helped us submit at least 8 offers. The home we eventually bought had multiple bids and received multiple counter offers. Kelley was extremely creative in helping us craft a counter offer that went beyond putting more money down and made us stand out from the others. She is also very handy when it comes to referrals for electricians, plumbers, handymen, etc. When were ready to move into a bigger home, were definitely working with Kelley!And we did use Kelley a few years later when we bought a bigger home and sold the first one. In a very heated sellers market and after a few months of submitting offers on homes that were seeing 15-20 offers most far over asking price, Kelleys professional rapport helped us secure an amazing home that we fell in love with. She impressed the sellers agent and again made us standout (the sellers agent made it very clear that Kelley was the difference). As soon as we moved into our new placed, we put the old home up for sale and Kelley had an excellent offer in hand ready to close within a few days. That was a complete surprise as we expected to be carrying another mortgage for at least 2 more months. Were staying put, but if we need to sell or buy another home, we wouldnt use anyone else but Kelley.

This September was our third time having Kelley Solberg as our agent. She was with us when we bought a house and the sale of two of our homes. We are currently looking for real estate in a different state and we seriously miss her. Its not just her knowledge of all things real estate or her amazing marketing skills its her integrity and honor that make her stand out from other agents weve meet. She is quick to resolve problems and always available, I dont know how she does it! More than her clients that think highly of her, its everyone weve dealt with during every transaction. Inspectors, finance officers, title agents all speak highly of her professionalism, broad knowledge base, integrity and personality.

Kelley was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, listened to what we were looking for, previewed a ton of homes for us so we wouldnt waste time looking at houses that wouldnt even make the short list, was very patient and accommodating while house hunting with an infant, and was altogether everything we could have asked for in a realtor. I could go on and on about how great she was. We interviewed a couple of Realtors and just felt really comfortable with Kelley. We dont have direct experience with her as a listing agent, but I would imagine her attention to detail and hard work would apply there too. She previews homes in the area every week so she is very familiar with todays market and this area. We also found her to have great intuition when it came to negotiations and she followed through on every request, sometimes within minutes. Even after the smooth and successful closing on our home, we still have used Kelley as a resource a number of times for recommendations on home maintenance contractors and any other questions we feel she might be able to help us with. We will use Kelley in the future for any home purchasing or selling needs.

I cant say enough positive things about Kelley. Searching for a house in this area isnt an easy process, but Kelley led us through multiple contracts, difficult negotiations, and a lack of inventory with optimism, integrity and calm. When we finally found our home and the contract went through, it was in large part because of the way Kelley had written and presented the contract I truly believe if we had been working with another agent we wouldnt have found our home. Weve referred Kelley to several other friends since we worked with her and everyone she has worked with, whether they were buying or selling, has been so happy to have found her. She is truly one of the best and I wouldnt hesitate recommending her to anyone.
