Kim Bradburn-gonzales

I'm a 5th generation Californian raised by my parents who were dedicated teachers and also very active in our neighborhood community. I have lived in Santa Cruz County for over 30 years and raised my kids here as well. I grew up in Silicon Valley (Los Gatos) and I am very familiar with real estate market on both sides of the hill. My greatest strengths are listening to my clients wants and needs in either buying or selling their home, negotiating the best possible price and marketing the homes I sell. I have a network of contractors, stagers and gardeners as well. You can also be assured that I am very quick to respond to phone calls, texts or emails within minutes of receiving them. My husband Albert and I have owned our home since 1995 near La Selva Beach and we are very active in our community. We love living in the country and close to the beach and we embrace everything that Santa Cruz has to offer. I work hard, I love what I do, and I'm dedicated to you to get the job done.
