I was pleased that she stayed with the parameters I gave her, unlike some realtors who will show you properties completely unlike your stated perameters.She went above and beyond, even taking it on herself to approach a neighbor about trimming a tree that was encroaching on my little view...a delicate situation, for sure. Not only did she negotiate getting the tree trimmed, I think she and the tree's owners became friends for life! Now that's a gift!She's a lifetime resident of San Diego, knows just about everyone and everything in the area.
