The effort put into professional pictures and professional web design put our house above all the rest. Your knowledge in all aspects of the market gave us the peace of mind that things would run smoothly. But we never thought it could go as well as it did. What was most impressive was that we had rent-backs on both sides of the transaction and "the stars and moon aligned." We went through a very difficult home sale in 2012. Kim was always available to answer our questions, and was also available to contact banks/real estate agents in a timely manner. Kim is "phenomenal". Received 4 solid offers after the open house within the first week on the market. And the open house happened to be on the first Sunday after New Years. She even brought in professional photographer and made some suggestions that would make the house much more presentable, Great advisor and very professional all around.

In 2010 my wife and I were ready to buy the house that we would live in untill retirement and Kim helped us understand the positives and negatives of all of the areas we were looking at. When we found the house for us it turned out to be a short sale but since Kim was trained in Short Sales she was able to explain all of the things to know about buying a short sale. We ended up buying the house and then selling our house, again using Kim. Kim let us know what we should and shoudn't fix in order to get the best return on investment and sure enough we got a contract within only a few days. Kim loves being a real estate agent, and it shows in her dedication to her clients. Me and my wife worked really well with Kim. She took care of a lot of extra details and items that I would have been responsible for. She was always on time, very quick responses, and handled everything professionally and honestly. She also accommodated our schedules very well. Kim was excellent in every aspect. She was professional, responsive, and very informative. The thing I liked the most about working with Kim was that instead of "selling" me on a property, she took an educational approach - she simply pointed out things that may add/detract value from the home that may not be obvious to a buyer like myself. One example I remember was, "those marks on the wall in the basement may be indicative of a past flood" or "I know you said you don't like this amenity. To change that in that in other houses, I have seen it cost about X amount". There was no bias there - she didn't say that the house was bad, or good, she just pointed out the facts so we could make an educated decision, which I very much appreciated. In short, Kim was not at all a stereotypical pushy salesperson. She was however, incredibly helpful, and an invaluable resource. I would recommend Kim to anyone, and when the time comes, I will undoubtedly be asking her to assist with selling my home and purchasing my next home.

Kim was absolutely fantastic to work with. We are a military family and had a short window of time to come to town and find a home. She began by starting with us before we even arrived and continued to work closely with us from afar after our offer was accepted and we returned to the state we were getting ready to leave.
