But don't confuse that kindness for weakness. When your dream home is on the line, this is the duo you want battling for you in one of the toughest real estate markets in the world.As a first time buyer, Kimberly and James were able to navigate me through the entire home buying process. Mine was an especially challenging process due to obstacles ranging from multiple bids, to misrepresentations of the house made by the seller regarding supposedly legal improvements and additions, to issues with city on obtaining permits once the house was already purchased and in my name. Even with all of these hurdles, I never once questioned that the house would be mine.In fact, K and J were able to take advantage of the aforementioned obstacles and manipulate them into a lower final sales price despite the sellers initial insistence that the house was to be sold "as is" with no price adjustments or cash back credits. Making the seller see it our way was no easy feat given that there were multiple other parties still interested in the property.They are truly master negotiators backed up by their great wealth of knowledge of all things real estate, including multiple markets, industry trends, and connections to the best in related services.Despite buying and selling enough houses to be top producers of both their company and region, they always had time to be completely available and flexible to my schedule. These two would literally walk to the ends of the Earth to come through for their clients, and it wouldn't even seem like they were doing it just because it is their job. I really cannot say enough to their character.My only regret with Kimberly and James is that they found me my dream home and closed the deal so quickly that now I just want to buy another home so that I can work with them again!Thank you, Kimberly and James!!

Can't say enough about Kimberly and James!! they helped sell my home at a price way above what I expected! they paid attention to all of my concerns and were super comforting and receptive. Good planning, great execution, good communication throughout, and excellent negotiation closing.That about sums it up.When you step back and think about it, it really doesn't get much better than this on a real estate transaction.I was out of state the entire time the deal took place, and they handled everything effortlessly.They said what they were going to do, and they did what they said.Honestly, I just cannot recommend them enough. It goes without saying that I will use them on my next transaction for sure.

Buying your first home can be very intimidating and scary! However, we are so blessed that Kimberly and James helped us through the process. They are incredibly reliable, honest and caring. They were there for us through out the entire process, answering our calls, emails and text messages at all times (within 30 minutes or less even during the weekends and late evenings!). They are the definition of going "above and beyond". Things can get tense near close of escrow, but Kimberly was always on top of all details to get the deal done on time. I seriously can't think of ever working with anybody else for our real estate needs. I highly recommend them!

I honestly don't know why anyone would chose any other realtor! My husband and I chose Kimberly and James to help us buy our first home. We ended up having a case that would require only the best to make it happen. This power couple is the definition of "only the best". When we began a search for a house last Spring, the agent we began with was completely unsatisfactory to the point I felt like tearing my hair and his out. We cut him loose and began a hunt simply on line. I began to notice that Kimberly appeared as seller in successfully completed transactions; so we contacted her, and she responded within 4 hours!!! We set up an appointment for the next day, and Kimberly came with her partner, James, and showed us 2 houses, pointing out problems with each one. This insider knowledge impressed us. and helped us in our search. I was going through chemotherapy, so their knowledge of Santa Rosa and the surrounding area really helped me avoid unnecessary trips up north. When we found the perfect house in the perfect area, they were awesome in helping us put together an offer and negotiating with the owners over a few repair issues quickly and got us the issues dealt with to our satisfaction. Upone closing, they drive south to our current dwelling to deliver keys and a lovely card. Additionally, James is going to help us move next week, complete with moving van! You can't get any more helpful than that! Even relatives have found excuses not to help us move, but James and Kimberly stepped up. I can't recommend these partners enough if you are looking for a home in the Santa Rosa/ Northern Marin County area. These young people are professional, energetic, generous and knowledgable. You simply cannot find better realtors.
