      Congratulations Deep Creek Home SELLERS , 1- Mr DeVries owned homes in Deep Creek 2- Mr DeVries luckily, was able 2 develope a CMA 2 show the value of 1990's 3/2, 2005 home fully remodeled (roof 2 floors, vaulted ceilings; media/plant shelves; Lg. granite, Wood cab. kitchen; Rec Vehicle yard "hook-up"; Lots of shade with oak/ palm groupings; Fence backYard; Lg. Luxurious Mstr Bath (jacuzzi plus separate glass shower) , His/Her MstrBath Closets (one of cedar); upgraded sound proofing insulation, etc for an impressive $169,000. 3- BUYERS, B assured Mr DeVries can assist in "standing up 2" Home-Seller-Hype by Making sure DEEPCREEK CMA's match the County Prop App valuations. 4- Mr DeVries knows 2 watch 4 "skewed" valuation - maybe Keller Williams teaches property inspection/valuation (?) 5- only concern was I was,afraud Mr DeVries may show gender bias - I hope not!!!!! - since as a SELLER his under $170,000 information RE a DEEPCREEK SECTION 20 home was Great News since I'm counting on the group at Keller Williams finding me another similar home in that price range AND 2 make sure the deal sticks, since Mr DeVries feels very comfortable with paperwork that can help change your life.         Congratulations, if you R selling. Agent devries can produce CMA's on remodeled, well kept homes (which for years he personally witnessesd some ofthe daily,yearly constant maintenance & upgrades to) for a lower (lesser) valuation than empty, unkempt, vacant foreclosures on neighboring streets. Remember - If you're selling - Numbers, man, numbers add up?

          Mr.Where'd-U-get-Your-license-DeVries- Had open house July 10 Puno Drive.KarmaGordaFL 2014 prepped CMA on same home, used foreclosures "sitting empty homes" 2 apparently help Mr WinterLung (partial owner of home) to the detriment of the OTHER owner--- AND Now selling house with high price, since Mr Winterung no longer has to split value ....wow, this time R U usong the comps from "Grassy Point" or R U LEARNING to value homes properly after claiming a decade on the business. It's probably just a misunderstood case of CRONY-ism...thank God Mr DeVries Family members did not get elected to any office, nevertheless KarmaGorda is a really nice town

            Good luck. This agent & ethics will never be listed together in a dictionary. His transaction history us probably only a Puno Drive sale ...probably has made money on one or two transactions in 10 yrs & the ONE would be my former free & clear house, of which he assisted in incorrectly & unethically devaluing to help a non-friend/"crony" ....who is making sure he WILL get a commission on this deal. Maybe sone people would call this listing commission a kind of kick back for the CMA of hilarious devaluation.... Funny thing he lived behind this home & then moved 2 doors down (that got foreclosed) ....So, I know this low energy ain't, who helped minimally with post- Ch3atley neighborhood debris....(let 70 year old neighbors fo it) Yet, when this sad, bitter, "foreclosed" neighbor/agent wanted did a favor, in which he disadvantaged spouse (1/2 owner of the free & clear Puno Dr. hone) ....oh he decided to have a bit of unethical energy. Sad. How about trying to be ethical. Most of us are aware real licensing justice means license says treat all customers the same...not to be doing a very sketchy/ disingenuous favor & skew a CMA with foreclosed homes as comps... Karma Gorda is a nice town.
