Laura Martell

Laura Martell first began working with Daniel Winkler & Associates in October of 2008. She comes to our company with a very strong background working with first time home buyers and short sale negotiations. Ms. Martell loves to travel the bridges with folks, representing sales and purchases on both sides of the Bay, helping people find the right communities where they will thrive, whether it is raising a family, live/work situations, or investing in properties for re-sale or retirement. With every client, Ms. Martell is always concerned about their well-being and the outcome of the transaction. Ms. Martell attended Notre Dame de Namur, where she realized she no longer wanted to work in the social service/county government field. At that time, she began on her real estate career and has never looked back. She lives in both San Francisco and the Berkeley Hills and divides her time accordingly!
