Laura was patient and focused. We made an offer in a house that turned sour after the inspection revealed major flaws that the seller refused to address in any way. We withdrew and considerable drama ensued. Throughout, Laura provided accurate information in our interest, despite considerable pressure and threats from the seller realtor and the seller, who was literally a “lemon law lawyer” and highly litigious. Laura also came up with alternative properties for us to see quickly because our house had been sold and we had to find a place for our goods and ourselves. We found an ideal place where we still live.
