Hello, I’m Lawton Eddy, Broker Associate and creator and manager of the Vacation Rental division at Pinon. Originally from New England, I’ve been in Colorado since ‘82 and at home in Salida since ‘99. Real estate and vacation hospitality have been personal passions. I owned and operated Red Feather Ranch, a Bed and Breakfast in northern Colorado, and have invested in, managed and vacation rented real estate for more than twenty five years. My mountain property, Star Mesa, is a busy vacation rental home. It is my pleasure to connect people with the Salida area.
