Like many area residents Margy had been visiting Colorado for many years and always had a dream to move to the mountains. In 2016 she moved to Salida after falling in love with the area on a ski trip. Margy¿s experience includes buying and selling residential real estate in Kentucky, designing and building commercial retail and living space, and running a successful retail store in Louisville, Kentucky. Margy puts the same enthusiasm into her real estate career, and loves to work with buyers and sellers in Salida and the communities in and around the Arkansas River Valley.
