- Maria and I connected, but did no business
Matte (Maria) Hudson was initially excited to work with us. However, this changed progressively on a couple months, and we had to go separate ways. The issues I had were that she doesn’t read or abide by verbal and written contracts. Also she is not upfront about things nor honest. Will pay with a canceled check. As a realtor she relies heavily on unsolicited or unpaid for expertise from other people. I would not recommend having her involved with financial decisions like home selling.
