Mark Thoburn

The Thoburn Group is a Family Group that has a passion for work, real estate and excellence, but also loves kicking back and enjoying all that life and Orange County have to offer. We could tell you about all our real estate awards from RE/MAX, First Team and Keller Williams, but we're proudest of the fact that most of our business comes from past clients and referrals. Of the 40 to 50 homes we will sell this year, nearly two thirds will be from referrals. Mark is in the top one percent of realtors nationwide. He enjoys real estate so much sometimes he has a hard time stopping. He has sold homes on almost every major holiday and one summer he even sold a listing on a family trip to Germany. And talk about negotiating skills. One of Mark’s offers was accepted over 22 competing offers, even though it wasn't the highest dollar amount. When not working, Mark and Theresa enjoy taking long hikes, traveling and family nights with their girls: Lauren and Bianca pictured above
