I had a wonderful experience with Matt when he helped me purchase my first home 5 years ago, so when it was time to sell he was the obvious choice. There were a lot of uncertainties in selling my home during the pandemic but Matt deftly navigated the various difficulties and obstacles, in getting the house listed & shown with minimal impact to our family. We had multiple offers and Matt walked us through each one ultimately getting a deal done and for well over asking. Then to go above and beyond, Matt took the time to contact and vet various agents in the out of state city we were moving to, making sure we got the right agent that fit our personalities.
