Miles Rost and Nicole Laufenberg might be the most competent and professional realtors in the country. Not a joke. Prior to reaching out to them, they helped two of my colleagues purchase homes (our work group moved together). They helped purchase one house through FaceTime! The other colleague found a house in 3 weeks (after 9 months of failure with another agent). Miles and Nicole did the same for me. It was less than a month from when we started looking to closing on the perfect house for me. And that was after (gently) steering me away from some less than desirable listings. We were relocating from Iowa and with busy schedules we didnt have a lot of time for travel/visits to Kansas City. The Rost team assisted us with the purchase of our home in Overland Park.
