He worked extremely well with Nicole.Another important resource that Nicole had was Chimney Tech, that had their tech replace a faulty pilot assembly making the fireplace usable again.Nicoles hard work ultimately resulted in finding just the perfect, full-price, motivated cash buyers with an amazing 17 days until closing of escrow. Her myriad resources from beginning with the listing; creating a wonderful relationship with the buyers agent; to arranging everything with the Platinum Title company, which held the buyers earnest money; to ensuring the transfer of our proceeds to our banking account were appreciated more than we can describe here.We live in upstate New York and couldnt travel to take care of all of these things. Fortunately for us, Nicole Laufenberg and Miles Rost and the entire Rost Group team made the selling of my moms townhouse a reality and gave us peace of mind. We very highly recommend them.

Prior to reaching out to them, they helped two of my colleagues purchase homes (our work group moved together). They helped purchase one house through FaceTime! The other colleague found a house in 3 weeks (after 9 months of failure with another agent). Miles and Nicole did the same for me. It was less than a month from when we started looking to closing on the perfect house for me. And that was after (gently) steering me away from some less than desirable listings.
