I don't often write reviews, but my experience with the Lutkins Group was so exemplary, that I wanted others to know! Donna and Nick are everything I wanted in a Real Estate agent. I am a busy professional, and did not want to spend a lot of my own time on the selling process. Donna and Nick did it all! They understood how to price my house to make it attractive yet realistic, they handled every detail, including some needed repairs and painting as if it was there own house. Every item along the way was clearly communicated to me, and they provided useful guidance and advice, without any pressure. They are the complete solution. If you are looking to have a no-hassle, stress free home sale, these are the agents for you! Oh, and they are really nice people too!!

Nick and Donna are wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. They are also very personable and best of all very easy to work with. There was no pressure at all. We worked with Donna most of the time. She was very responsive, quick to answer all questions and ready to give advise. Overall it was a pleasant experience especially under difficult environment with the Covid-19 pandemic at its height. We would recommend the Lutkins any day!

When we decided to downsize our house, we interviewed several realtors. Nick and Donna was the winner. They gave a very professional presentation of their skills and more importantly they were very personable and easy to talk with and felt they would be easy to work with. Our initial impression was right on. They found us a buyer almost immediately with an over list offer. They showed us several condos and houses that matched our requirements eventhough there is a very limited inventory in our area. They did a fantastic job of keeping us informed every step of the buying and selling process. They were great and made the buying and selling process easy. I recommend Donna and Nick to anyone that is buying and selling a house.

Donna and The Lutkins Group team are true professionals through and through. My wife and I were not sure if trying to sell our house in the dead of winter was a good idea, but Donna assured us it was the perfect time. She was very knowledgeable with every aspect of prepping and selling our house; from the pictures that highlighted our home to the marketing strategy that brought in multiple offers and ending with the selling of our house at way above asking price. She also introduced us to the realtor in Florida where we bought our new home.
