I literally could not have asked for a better agent! It was a fluke that I ended up meeting up with her, but she proved herself and her abilities 10x's over. Although this was my first purchase, I've been in the industry for over 15 years, am licensed, and have worked with many different agents. She was very clear about managing my expectations and extremely patient and calm with myself and the hair brained sellers agent during an extremely long and torturous short sale. Nicole only showed me places that fit my needs, guided me away from making bad decisions out of haste, and held my hand through my first offer that was accepted over 11 other individuals. Even after I moved, she is still helpful answering questions and is someone I would recommend to anyone. I know that she likely made very little money assisting me, but she did it happily, was readily available, and worked her behind off in what should have been an easy sale. I cannot thank her enough!

I can’t speak highly enough. Was beyond patient, was always there for me immediately (13 mo short sale!) provided sound guidance. Have referred multiple people to her. I know my purchase price was way below her norm but she treated me like a friend & professionally the entire time. Extra plus, she nicely managed my expectations every step of the way. PS House value up 40% in 2.5 yrs!!!
