Oscar Gutierrez

I was born and raised in Santa Cruz and graduated from Soquel High School. From there I attended Cabrillo College , and then transferred to San Jose State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. My areas of concentration were International Business and Latin American Studies. After graduation, I worked for the Sales department at Cisco Systems Inc. for several years. My goal is to educate my clients so that they are comfortable with their transactions. I want to help my clients better their lives by getting them into homes of their own! I speak fluent Spanish and I am knowledgeable about the markets in the Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, San Benito, and Monterey Counties. My interest in Finance, Real Estate, and ability to Negotiate a win-win situation led me to become a Realtor. I am having the time of my life and helping people at the same time.
