  • Pamela listed, but didn't sell, my home

      Ms. Johnson was does not communicate as she so call says she does. Had 1 out of 11 people involved with the sale that to this day has never closed. The games that are being played at this time is unprofessional and ridiculous. The house went up in April with a pending sake within a day and do to in correct documents and lies this house is still sitting with lawyers involved. Mr. Johnson has refused to provide documents requested. We should never had to request documents those should have been emailed to us from the start of the sale. We have now sat on this property since April and never closed as we were suppose to on May 12, 2020. Not only that she is now refusing to talk calls and email us back on status even though at this time the house is NO longer her property due to the close not going through. On top of that she is working for both sides the Seller and the Buyer but refuses to take a person to court even though the contract was breached. This has been nothing but a stressful mess. Besides the fact that a few times she called she wanted to start yelling and have an attitude because of her mistake. We want her off the house so we can place the home back up for sale and move on. Sad that she can't see that this mess if due to her and a family member they are both wrong.
