UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST! TRANSACTION BASED AS OPPOSED TO RELATIONSHIP!! Preeti presents herself as a woman of great integrity and ethics. This could not be further from the truth. My husband and I used her as both our listing agent and buyer's agent since Preeti offered an incentive to pay our closing costs on the home we purchased. She retracted her offer and did not do what she promised. When trying to communicate about it with her, she did not respond. In fact, she had her assistant complete the closing of the home and disappeared altogether. What should have been a positive experience turned out to be one of heartache and disappointment. Preeti puts herself before her clients and values money over people. Do not be fooled by Preeti's initial charm! She is money hungry!
