- Priya showed me homes
She rented her father's property to me in 2011. We have been paying on time every month, no trouble or breaking anything. At the end of our contract, she charged things that were unreasonable and the charges were based on last year estimate and not the actual fix cost. I believe she never had to fix it. The things that she charged me what for not enough hot water, why would a renter be charged for not enough hot water, then she charged me the slow flow of the shower drainage which was like that since I moved in. She said to me that I didn't tell her sooner. She definitely is not a ethical agent or listing agent. All she wants is to make money out of you.
