Ryan was our first realtor that we have ever worked with.Having said that, I hope that all my home buying/selling is handled by such a true professional.Ryan not only looked out for us and kept us up to the minute on all details along the journey, but he actually cared. He was always companionate and excited for us, almost as if he were buying the home himself. When things became tough (we had trouble finding a house in our price range) he encouraged us to hang in there and told us he would do everything he could to find us the right place. When we did find a house, which all in took about 1 months, he was just as excited as we were. Also, he was able to negotiate or price well below asking and fit into our price point. Although I dont have a lot of experience with this, I think our success in getting the price we wanted as Ryans attentiveness and being on the ball with getting documents ready/signed/sent rapidly.Highly Recommended.

As a contractor/investor I'm constantly scanning the valley for good projects. When I met Ryan I knew right away he would be a great asset for me. He already had background on several of the potential projects I had looked at as well as others I didn't know were even available. He was able to provide me with new options I hadn't considered yet that fit my special criteria. He was always very PROMPT to all our meetings. Great in following up and staying in touch as things progressed in negotiations. I can't say enough about how easy he made the process for me, whether it was dealing with all the viewings or wading through the challenging paperwork it takes to do a transaction in todays real estate world. Ryan was always communicating with us durning the whole process..even after we closed he checked to make sure everything was going good with the house. He was very knowledgeable and I knew we could trust him completely with buying our first home. We are very lucky to have had him as our agent and will recommended him to everyone we know who is buying or wanting to sell.
