Sean Blacklock

Sean sold my brother's Townhome and found him his dream house in Austin. We worked with Sean when we wanted to buy a home for our Mother and then when it was time for us to upgrade he was ready and willing to help us find just the right place. We would definitely recommend Sean Blacklock if you are buying or selling a home. Shopping for and ultimately purchasing a home can be a very stressful thing but Sean's knowledge of the market, current and coming soon inventory and his attention to our "wish" list made us very comfortable. I have to say we put him through his paces because I wanted to see a ton of places. We coordinated schedules and made the rounds over and over until one day we rode up on "The Place". I knew as soon as we pulled up out front that we had found our new home. Throughout the search Sean was patient, kind and really interested in what would make us happy. Once we found our place he worked hard to make sure we got the best possible price. This took some negotiating skills which I commend him for. Even after closing Sean was available to answer any questions that came up. This man has earned our business for any and all future real estate dealings we or our extended family will enter in to.
