Steven helped us purchase a home in South Orange County. We were moving from the Inland Empire and had no idea which locations to choose from and Steven was able to give us a chart about all the cities/towns we were considering. We first met with him through a Zoom meeting and he even prepared visuals for us during the meeting. Prior to that, we spoke to several other realtors, an although they were wonderful we decided that Steven was a better fit for us. He is very professional and patient. He was very good at answering our many questions and giving us feedback on the homes we were looking at. He was upfront on what we should expect when placing offers. Just wanted to give a well deserved shout out to Steven & Samira. They were referred throughout different local neighborhood FB groups, and on paper, they impressed me. I didn't find them, they found me! I knew I needed to move back home; it was time. In preparation, I rented a 10-yard dumpster to toss out things that would no longer be of use.
