I have been in San Jose most of my life and a resident of willow glen since 1981. My wife and I raised our son Rand here. I was involved in local soccer and little league and enjoyed being involved in our son’s k thru 12 schooling. I am passionate about San Jose and always felt that buying property in “the valley” was a good investment. In order to finance my first property at age 22, I made a big sacrifice and sold my new van. It was a big sacrifice at the time, but I have never regretted doing it. I continue to believe that buying property is the best investment for a secure tomorrow. I owned and operated a large vending business for 22 years, but my desire to sell real estate never left me. So, when the opportunity presented itself, I sold my business and took the leap into real estate. It has been extremely satisfying and the perfect fit for me.
