We worked with Tamer to buy a house and as a first time buyer, he was very helpful in explaining the process and walking us through the steps so we were prepared. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer any questions we had and provide recent trends. One of the best things about him was his professionalism and responsiveness, there was never more than a couple of hours wait at the maximum if I couldn't connect with him immediately. We knew the houses we wanted so didn't really ask him to identify properties but he promptly scheduled any visits to the properties at times that worked for us. We first used Tamer in 2005 when selling our first home. Not only was/is Tamer very knowledgeable about our local area and the home selling process, but he is a very down to earth and personable realtor. Tamer was wonder to work with when we sold our condo in Manassas. He got it done in 19 days!!!!! We were jilted by a sudden offer for my wife to take an assignment in Japan. We had just bought a great Condo and had 2 new cars. I called Tamer and made an appointment.
