Touqeer helped me buy a home
Touqeer understood my requirements well and educated me as to why purchasing an independent (town home) home is better than a flat in a multistory building! I thank him for that advise.
Touqeer helped me buy a home
I had a very good experience with Touqeer. No complaints.
Touqeer listed and sold my home
Extremely horrible experience. Insisted on buying the home I sold from the buyers immediately without notifying. Conducted the transaction in an unethical manner. Brought a title company that has been executing transactions for him. Beware!
Touqeer listed, but didn't sell, my home
Touqeer helped me buy a townhouse, however we found the house, we would send him listings, we did all the leg work. However the second time around he represented us for the buyers and sellers; but during closing said ill have my friend David Hawa who signed was the "seller agent". This was extremely manipulative towards us and the closing Title Company. He badically made money on both sides of the deal. Then I realized this man only looks out for himself.
