These 7 Homes Sold in June Prove That San Francisco’s Housing Market’s Still Got It

Over 400 addresses sold in June in San Francisco’s 7×7. Despite some press about a dip in San Francisco’s outlandish housing market, most of these homeowners walked away from their sale with a lot more than they thought they would.
Just how much did they walk away with? To give you a broad strokes idea: the average listing price of a house for sale in San Francisco this June was $1,311,783, and the average selling price of an SF house was $1,433,178. So, even if your sale fell right in the ballpark range, you took home roughly $121,000 more than the initial asking price.
In some cases, homeowners took home almost double the list price of their home.
We dug through June’s transaction data and pulled out these seven 7×7 unicorns so you could see exactly what kind of homes pulled in killer offers this summer. We also listed the names of the talented top San Francisco real estate agents who sold them–maybe they can work their magic on your house!
