While some people’s fate is predetermined by a family business or a traditional obligation, Bonnie Spindler’s forte was formed organically, through life experience. At an early age, Bonnie was taken to open houses, considered “fixers” with her parents and attended boat, motor home and antique shows. Therefore, not surprisingly, her past careers include antique sales, advertising and interior design, all of which work wonderfully in real estate.
At 23, she purchased her first real estate investment. A fixer for which she rolled up her sleeves and learned firsthand how to renovate an old house. Since then, Spindler began “fixing and flipping” her personal residences and investment properties.
