The BEST realtor experience!!! This is the 2nd home we have sold with Dane and this time was as good as the first. We currently live outside of San Diego but decided to sell our beloved home which we had rented out for a few years. We actually interviewed another realtor that was thrown in our lap by a friend and she totally didn't get us, didn't understand our unique property/area nor did she agree with the value we put on the home (the reality is she didn't listen, only talked and didn't do her homework). Dane helped us buy the perfect condo 4 years ago when I was moving to San Diego for work. He just helped us sell that same condo now that Im relocating to Northern CA. Danes knowledge of the market and how to sell at the right time ensured that we received a fair price. He was also fantastic at answering my endless questions throughout the selling process. In fact, I had accidentally left some work clothes in a closet and called him panicking, because I was already in Northern CA when I figured it out.
