    • My family left our hometown of 23 years to move to San Diego. It was an overwhelming experience, to say the least, but we were fortunate to have Danielle by our side. She went above and beyond her responsibilities and we feel that she's our first friend in San Diego. Not only did she help us find and purchase our beautiful home, but helped with my elderly father's home and made our transition to San Diego area so much smoother. We could feel her genuine care and interest in every step of the process, even as she displayed impeccable professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. We are indebted to Danielle for how well we've been able to settle down in this new area. I highly recommend Danielle to any family looking for help with home buying/selling in this area.

    • Danielle helped my wife and me buy our first home together. She's the only reason we survived the purchase from hell, and landed our dream home. Working with the sellers was nearly enough to drive us away, but Danielle's patience, guidance, and tenacity made it possible for us to close the deal. Danielle provided sound, honest advice from the beginning. She offered recommendations for the best inspectors, contractors, and others in the business to ensure this was the right home for us. More than anything, Danielle fought hard for us and got us an outstanding deal in the process. We're so grateful for the exceptional level of service we received and readily recommend Danielle to anyone dealing in San Diego's tough real estate market.

    • I highly recommend Danielle as a buyer's agent to anyone looking to purchase a home in the San Diego County area. I currently live in the SF Bay Area, but am familiar with the San Diego area. I gave Danielle criteria of what I was looking for in a home. She selected a list of homes, and we refined the list by email. I then scheduled a couple of days around mid-December to come down to SD to look at the offerings. She accurately assessed my needs and tailored our home visits accordingly. After she patiently showed me many houses up and down the SD coast, I decided to purchase a townhouse for a new development in North SD county. This is where Danielle began to shine. I had bought houses before but had never bought a new home directly from the builder. As I found out, home builders make used car salesman seem like reputable, trustworthy citizens. Danielle was very knowledgeable and ready for all their tricks. For anyone interested, I can give a LOT more detail on how Danielle helped me deal with the builders. (In fact, the original draft of this review contained way too much detail). But, in short, she: 1. Negotiated substantial "builder's credits" from the builder to use for flooring and upgrades; 2. Made sure the final contract price did not include these "builder's credits" in the final purchase price. This will save me money each year on property taxes; 3. Made sure they responded in a timely fashion. (The builder wants everything done quickly by the buyer, but doesn't feel the need to reciprocate.) 4. Excellent objective negotiator. Buying a home can be very emotional. It is good to have a trained, objective advocate on your side to best represent your interests, and Danielle does that very well. In short, she did a great job helping me find and buy a home, and she will be the first agent I contact when I am again ready to buy or sell.
