John and Diane have been our agents for our last three real estate transactions, once as the buyers, and twice as the sellers. We have truly never seen a harder-working team than John and Diane. They go above and beyond to ensure that their clients get the best outcome. I don't believe their phone has ever gone to voicemail when I've called. They are available to their clients day and night, every day of the week. There were times when we would have a question at 9:30 on a Saturday night, and we would receive a response within minutes. We had some issues with our last sales transaction due to a bank glitch, and the two of them worked tirelessly to ensure that our nerves were calmed, and that the deal would go through. And as always, they were correct! They also accurately predicted the market trends during another sale, resulting in the difference of hundreds of thousands of dollars that we would have lost had we not listened to their skilled advice and sold when we did. We have been highly recommending John and Diane since we first hired them in the early 90s. A buyer or seller truly could not find a more professional, or more skilled team than John and Diane. There's a reason they are so highly respected in their field, and it has been our good fortune (figuratively and literally!) to have found them all those years ago!
