We are incredibly thankful we got to work with Liana at Stea Realty for the purchase of our first home. Above all she was super responsive and reliable throughout the process. We were lucky to find our perfect home early in the process, and were able to get it because she helped us jump on the opportunity. She helped us stay on top of our loan process, and put pressure on the bank to close on time, which was no trivial task! We are so happy she helped make our first home purchase as smooth as possible, and would love to work with her in the future.

My husband and I worked with Liana to purchase our first home in Oakland. We made one offer that didn't pan out and then waited almost 2 years to make our next. Liana was there to check-in throughout that time, and jumped right in when we were ready to get started again. The bay area market can be a nightmare, but we were grateful to have her advice and guidance throughout the process. She gave us an invaluable recommendation to increase our offer by 10K when two offers came in at the top of the pile. While hesitant at first that we'd be inviting a bidding war by doing so, it was just what we needed to get our offer to the top of the pile and seal the deal. We used Liana for the sale of our previous home and in the purchase of our current home and couldn't have been happier with our decision in choosing to work with her. She really took the time to get to know us and understand our needs (and our personalities!). She works extraordinarily hard, has an eye for details, and takes pride in what she does. As other reviews have mentioned, working with Liana is like working with a good friend; her perspective and sense of humor being most welcome during what can be a rather stressful process. However, at the end of the day, what really sets her apart from other agents is all of the little things she does, the stuff that you have a hard time trying to explain (you'll understand). We cannot recommend her enough and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again!

I have enjoyed having Liana as our realtor. She was on top of things and patient with me. It took me awhile to find a place and she was there every step of the way. When we finally closed she went above and beyond by working with the escrow company making it all go well. I am looking forward to working with her in the future.
