Lilli Rath

I have had many homes and commercial buildings bought and sold through the years. I have been a property owner since I was in my twenties, more than 40 years ago. Needless to say, I have dealt with MANY realtors, some good and some bad and all the flavors in between. Ms Lilli Rath is an OUTSTANDING agent. She adapts her style to fit her buyer and her sellers. She is mellow when she needs to be, she is fierce like a hound with a bone when she needs to be... She is positive, encouraging, resourceful and helpful. I have had deals fall through because my realtor doesnot have the experience to push a difficult transaction to closure. With Lilli, when a transaction has any chance of closing, difficult or otherwise... . she will CLOSE IT !!! I will surely go with her again the next time I have my eye on a house, or when I have one to sell.. Audrey Han.
