Michael Lavigne

We highly recommend Mike Lavigne. He recently guided us through the purchase of our eighth house, and far surpassed any of our previous realtors. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the local area, allowing him to give useful advice on home location selection. As we live some distance from Aptos, it was difficult for us to directly monitor repairs, escrow concerns, and the like. Fortunately, Mike is very pro-active, taking care of every issue, sometimes even before we found out about them. He makes good use of his prior experience as a luxury home builder and engineering contractor, and thanks to his ability to develop a close working relationship with the seller's agent, we were able to get complicated repair work done in an expeditious manner prior to close of escrow.
