I chose Mike Middleton, not just because he is a personal friend, but because I knew Mike would do everything he could do to get us through this process in the most professional way possible. From the first day we met to review all the necessary information to get our house listed, to the referrals for getting our house painted, etc. Mike was pleasant and professional. He brought in a professional photographer to capture pictures, his marketing strategy was top notch and the little details he brought in for the Open House were thoughtful and on point. You never know how things will turn out when you mix business and friendship, but Mike has the most amazing demeanor and even when I may not have been the best client, he was always there with advice, words of encouragement and uplifting thoughts!
