Orna Simpson

Orna is the fairy godmother of buyers’ agents! We were first time home buyers under a three month deadline to close, so we wanted someone who would get to know us, have a clear vision of what we wanted, take initiative to proactively find quality homes of interest (rather than throwing tons of random listings our way for us to sift through) and move the process forward. We also needed someone who cared enough to hold our hand through the process, and hoped to find someone who also aggressively protected and advocated for our interests in negotiations. Honestly we thought this was an impossible wish list, and I’d resigned myself to feeling like I had to be the one staying on top of other agents and doing most of the leg work and coordinating on my own. I’m Type A, very organized, and frankly have really high expectations for myself and others. One of my biggest frustrations with other agents was that I felt like I was still doing most of the heavy lifting and sifting through dozens of listings every day. I constantly felt stressed, drained, and frustrated but I also resented feeling awkward like I was being annoying or burdensome by wanting to feel like we were a priority. That all changed after a friend recommended Orna—it’s so obvious that she pours her heart into caring for her clients, finding them the perfect home, and that she prioritizes people, rather than transactions. Orna took all our stress away, and (despite being a bit of a control freak) I was able to comfortably let go and relinquish control over to Orna, because I knew how professional, organized, proactive, and impressive she was. I trust Orna implicitly and know she is in our corner no matter what. The cherry on top is that Orna is truly one of the most genuinely good people I’ve met, and we will not only never consider working with anyone else, but we would be lucky to have her as a friend. I cannot say enough good things about Orna, and would be happy to speak with anyone considering working with her—it’s the best possible decision you could make for yourself and your home buying experience!
