Real Estate is the only profession where you don't pay a premium for experience. In a legal situation you would choose the Senior over the Junior partner in a law firm to represent you. And,you would go to a Certified Financial Planner not an accountant to handle your investment portfolio. In other words, you want the best looking after your interests. Buying and/or selling a home is no different. Your home is most likely the largest single investment you will make in your lifetime, and you will want the best price when you buy and the best price when you sell. An experienced professional Realtor will make a difference in insuring you achieve that objective. In this instance, experience doesn't cost you one penny more.
