- Philip listed and sold my home
I needed to sell my property fast and planned out just how much of a financial bind I would be in if I wasn't able to get it done within 90 to 120 days. I had a scenario planned out for each 30 day increment, of course the first 30 days being the best outcome where I would save the most money and not drag on too many expenses of keeping both the property along with my rented apartment. Phil Johnson and the 12:45 team are unstoppable! They were sympathetic to my circumstances, moved very quickly to prepare, stage and then immediately list my property once preparations were completed. I'm both exited and relieved to know that Phil was able to find a suitable buyer within the first 30 days of listing, and now the deal is completed. I'm forever thankful for the hard work and wholeheartedly believe that if it wasn't for Phil and his expert team, I would not have been able to sell as fast as I did and probably would have had to incur much more expenses trying to sell that property that quickly with any other agent.
