This review is long overdue. Buying or selling a home is a big step for anyone, getting the right person/company to support you during this process is crucial. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with the Nomis group in selling my house. Ryan, was very straight forward, courteous and professional during the whole process. Every person on his team was knowledgeable and very responsive to all my inquires. I always felt like I was working with the family. 2 years later... Another shout out to Phillip Simon and the Nomis Group! Two years ago Phillip helped us find the perfect temporary home. This month he and his team went above and beyond for us to close on our first property in the area. Phillip and his team have much experience and are highly professional. They were on top of everything and pointed out and fought for our rights as buyers. 21 days from offer to close! Thank you so much! I received a call from Maseeh asking if I was interested in selling my home. I didnt want to sell the home I was living in but had an investment property that I no longer wanted but wasnt sure I could sell. During COVID my tenants stopped paying and I was behind on my mortgage and condo fees. I was on my way to foreclosure but he came to my home and I gave him what I could on what I owed. He plugged in the info and showed me it was possible to sell. The Nomis group did everything they could to help me find the right buyer at my asking price. They even used some of their commission so that I had enough to make sure the transaction went through. Everyone involved was very nice and patient. Would use this company again
