Sandra tel-hilferty

Sandy has a lot of energy...and boy, did we need it when we were looking for a house in our budget range. There were multiple bids for all the houses we considered, including the one we bought. We bid our maximum and couldn't offer any more. When the seller came back to us (and presumably to all the other bidders) to ask for a higher bid, we could not. Sandy did, however, have a few words with the seller on our behalf, pointing out a few things that made us "better" buyers...like we were locals, familiar with the area and least likely to pull out during contingency as opposed to other potential buyers who may not have been familiar with the area and could be spooked as they became more familiar with the "edginess" of the neighborhood. We think this helped seal the deal. We got the house! It's sharp thinking like this and nuanced awareness of the market and neighborhood that makes Sandy such a great agent. She is super fun to be around, too! (BTW, this listing has her name misspelled. It should be Sandra Patel-Hilferty.
