Sascha is a RACIST! This lady have been nothing but troublesome for us. My husband is an agent and we have been in the market to look for a home. He contacted Sascha to schedule a viewing yesterday and provided a PEAD (a form for viewing due to COVID). We came to the home in Oceanside with our children to see the home. Before entering, in case there was anyone still in the house, we made sure if there's anyone in the home they would hear us saying "HELLO" loud and clear when entering the home. We were very respectful, our children stayed by our side and held my hands and I made sure they do not touch anything. We viewed the home and until we came upstairs to only find out the seller was IN HER BED! The seller just looked at us as if we intrude in her home. HOW AWKWARD was that?! My husband, the agent, had to explained that we had scheduled with Sascha for a viewing and she gave us the okay. The owner had NO IDEA we were coming. It became VERY CLEAR that Sascha DID NOT communicate to the seller at all that we were coming. The feeling that the seller didn't know we were coming and she was still in bed was very awkward. We tried to be respectful and did a quick look upstairs and said goodbye to the seller so she can rest. Why did I state Sascha a RACIST? Today, Sascha called and ACCUSED us of coming into the house with our children. I'm sorry but why can't my children come? We're looking for a home FOR US, which would include our children living in the home. Why can't my children see a potential home that could be theirs? To top it off, she ACCUSED our children coughing all over. Amid of this COVID-19, we've faced with a lot of racism due to us being Asian (NOT CHINESE)...and Sascha now have accused us of coughing. Why is it wrong to cough now? Have you never had a tingle in your throat? Regardless, my children did NOT cough all over the place. Sascha accused my children of this. She was not there to witness and have done nothing but accusing us for everything. She state we left the house without closing the door. Seriously, we walked into the home and there's cameras. If this is true, show us the videos. If you want an agent who do not communicate to their seller or if you want a racist agent then Sascha is the one for you. Otherwise, stay clear from this lady or any homes she's selling. No agent, families, or ASIAN families should get accused for something they didn't do. Side note: the agent didn't even do her due diligent taking photos of the home. She just used photos from previous listing and post it. For her Oceanside Morning View Dr home, you will noticed the outside photo of the home does not match what the current home look. Do yourself a favor and don't hire a lazy agent.
