Scarlet Lovell

Scarlet is amazing. She's just the sweetest lady and quickly became like one of our family. Our little girl loves her and took to calling her Mimi! She's great at selling homes AND helping you find a new one. She's a native of the area and knows her stuff! We first worked with her when we lived abroad and she helped us find a great house even though we weren't in the country. A few years later she helped sell that house (for a significant profit) and helped us buy another house. The thing that made her stand out more than anything was her sincere desire to provide impeccable service. She gave us gift cards for home improvement and made sure we had all the little things no one would think about when we moved from overseas (bucket, toilet paper, snacks etc). She also hosts free appetizer and movie nights for her clients as a thank you! During the holidays she brought over special goodies for our little girl and I know she was doing that for all her clients. While she needs to make a living, she makes sure your needs are first and treats you like someone special. I have recommended her to everyone buying and selling a house and I will continue to do so in the future!
