He is very quick to respond, always answers phone calls, shows all the properties you are interested in, and gives direct, no-frill opinions about the property and the area you are looking at. He is also very knowledgeable regarding CA laws, and knows when there are concerns with the property and brings them up. Very trustworthy and very dependable, never missed an appointment and was available everytime I wanted to see properties.

You can NOT ask for a better agent! I knew Steve was a great agent from the first house we looked at. He told me, "My job is to tell you what's wrong with the house/area." Steve was never pushy. In fact there were a couple houses I was considering and he told me he wouldn't recommend them and then listed several reasons why. Steve was very informative and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions. If I texted Steve a question that he thought needed a long answer he would call me and give me the answer in detail. He was always patient and thorough, even when I asked him the same questions because I had forgotten some of what he had previously told me. Steve knows the market very well. When he told me the price range a house would go for, he was consistently correct.To say Steve is patient is an understatement! I took him all over the area, from Long Beach, to Chino, to Irvine, to Pamona and most areas in between. This was all over a 6 month period and Steve just kept trucking right along with me. Steve was willing to look at 1 house to 13 in one day. Steve viewed well over 60 homes with me. He never tried to push me into any of them or grew impatient.Steve was very prompt at returning emails, texts and phone calls. Steve was always on time and usually early to appointments.Even though this was my first home, Steve was not my first agent. The first one I used didn't seem to be very serious. He would tell me about an open house and have me go on my own. I told Steve one Saturday I would go see an open house on my own and he told me he wanted see the home with me so he could give me proper advice on the home. Steve would even come with me to see a house a second time because I was bringing my GF to see it.In short if you want a prompt, professional, knowledgeable, articulable and patient agent, who's goal is to help you get in the right house for you, then Steve is absolutely a must!I ended up getting a short sale and the previous owners left a couple large items in the house like an engine and a broken piano. Even though the sale was over he took the time and made sure the previous owner's took care of it.
