I have been in the Walnut Creek office since 2006. Although, I provide real estate services for clients throughout the Bay Area, I specialize in the Rossmoor Community, located in Walnut Creek. My focus on Rossmoor during these last several years has provided me specific knowledge of the entire community. My in-depth knowledge and understanding of its models, bylaws, ownership arrangements, services, etc., has enabled me to provide efficient services to my clients. I enjoy meeting and helping senior citizens. My involvement with them has indeed changed my life. I am now more attentive, better listener, have greater patience with things in general, and have learned to appreciate those things in life we all take for granted.
