Tony Hamid

Tony has been fascinated with real estate for as long as he can remember. Growing up in Concord, CA Tony has been exposed to many of its diverse neighborhoods, and has witnessed the dramatic changes over the years. Tony proceeded along a traditional career path after graduating from high school in Concord. He then moved on to California State East Bay University to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Computer Information Systems and Telecommunications. After graduating, Tony went on to opening his own Mortgage Company, Sun Mortgage in Danville, CA. He successfully ran his company for over 10 years averaging 50 million in annual sales. Tony then moved on working for JP Morgan Chase as a Loan Officer and soon after his second month in the company he gained recognition on obtaining the highest sales volume in the company.
