I have been through 3 home purchases, and Vince is by far the best real estate professional I have worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable, well connected, and really puts himself in his buyer’s shoes to make sure they get their perfect home. As a bonus, if you are located out of the area or unable to tour a home, Vince offers virtual tours via VR goggles he provides. The escrow process was a breeze, and Vince made sure everything stayed on track for an on time close. I cannot recommend Vince enough! We absolutely love the home Vince secured for us. Vince was referred to us by our Realtor Robin in Orange County CA.She told us he was fairly young and knew all the latest Real Estate technologies but had "old school" principles and values. Vince contacted us by phone first and found out exactly what we were looking for and our price range. He then sent emails with MLS info for homes to view online. The MLS Listings and different Realtor Web Sites (even have street views and virtual tours) worked for us since we were 1 1/2 hours away. We must have looked at 60+ houses and did not find the perfect match until our new home appeared one day and I emailed Vince asking "Is this one still available?" We made an appointment to see this one and two others (1 got cancelled because of a pending offer). This was the first house we walked into and it immediately felt like home and I was already were planning what we could do to make it ours. After seeing the second house we told Vince we want the first home and to make an offer. Vince said that it was unusual for buyers to buy the first house they walk into LOL! Vince and the selling Realtor Pam fought hard for us to be able to purchase our Dream Home over 3 other offers and we still feel like we're Dreaming. Vince was a great realtor to work with. He was very attentive, responsive and professional. Really did a great job managing our expectations and clearly laying out what to expect throughout the entire process. He is friendly and easy to talk to. When walking through prospective homes he has a great eye for what changes and modifications can be done to make it your own. Vince was able to show us properties quickly and was able to facilitate showings that worked well with our schedules, even some into the evening or early morning. We felt well represented by Vince when it came time to negotiate cost and repairs. He was 100% on our team, doing whatever he could to get us the fairest possible deal.

Vince helped me buy my home. This was my first home purchase and Vince was able to teach me the ropes and keep me informed of all the steps involved. I am grateful to Vince because he made the process was relatively easy. I would definitely recommend him.
