Debbie listens! My head wanted one thing but my heart was aching for something else and she 'heard' what I could not articulate. She patiently showed me whatever I asked to see but then gently guided me back to what she knew I really wanted all along. She wouldn't let me buy the wrong house and that was amazing; it takes true dedication to the customer to not just make an easy sale and be done with it all. She is on top of every last detail and you are quite certain that you are her only priority! In the end, you have your dream home, a smooth closing and a new friend! She handled the original purchase and then the sale years later of our townhome in Reston and then the purchase of our Leesburg home in such a professional manner; I would never consider asking any other Realtor to help us. I trust her completely and have recommended her to very dear friends and now my son! She's the best and she's very, very honest! We love her!

I have purchased over 12 homes in my lifetime but none in Debbie’s region. I do however, use Debbie as a referral agent to help guide me through my buying and selling process. Hands down Debbie is one of the best agents I have worked with in terms of her experience, and knowledge. She always provides valuable insight that I haven’t learned from my contracted realtor.
